As of June 15, 2015, ASU is using a new travel system called My ASU TRIP. All new travel must go through the new system. Paper travel forms are no longer accepted and may be returned by the University travel team. 

How to use the new travel system:

1)     Complete your profile

2)     Setup a travel delegate and travel arranger

3)     Student travels will need to submit this form before completing their profile

4)     Submit your request. Note all trips most be preapproved before booking.

5)     Book your trip

6)     After you return, submit an expense report
