Hourly Student Job Changes & Terminations

Approvals – Changes to a student’s job, pay or the termination of their position requires a request from the supervisor. Requests that result in an increase to the budget will also require the College Business Services post-award approval if funded by grants, and the Director’s approval if funded by the unit’s state and/or local account.

Submitting a Request – Requests can be submitted through the College’s eForm system.

Staff Job Changes

Changes to an employee’s job classification (title), salary or FTE needs to be approved before the employee can be notified and the action can be processed.

Approvals – actions will require Dean or Provost level approval. The most common actions are represented below. The College Business Services team can assist with more specific scenarios not addressed.
